@lizbayleyphysio @TGC_Mitchell @SportDocBedford @DrJN_SportsMed @iangattphysio If diabetic then steroids unlikely to work in my experience. If not then a single steroid injection directly into the region of the A1 pulley will usually have an 80% chance of success. Multiple digits very common. Oval 8 splints can be useful post injection especially if locked.
